the first thing I did after I open the box and check all the parts, was to season the grates. once I had those in the oven, i stated assembling the grill. The process took about 20 minutes. Everyhing first perfectly, no issues. The next day, I put on a couple porck chops, they came out perfect, did not stick to the grill. I also tried some shrimp, no sticking. Super grill for the price tag. Just be sure to season the grates.

My new Hibachi arrived looking great, but missing the hardware kit to put it together. There was a help number in the box to call, and 15 minutes later the hardware kit was on its way. It did arrive and the Hibachi has performed beautifully.

Year's ago, I had a hibachi when my wife and I were first married . We loved the way it cooked and its size was perfect for two newlyweds.
Our children are grown now and we are back to cooking for two. I have been looking for just the right grill and saw this one. It has surpassed my expectations. Just the right size. We carry it with us out in the boat for cooking on a beach. The food taste just as good as I remember from years past.

Bought this bor my daughter who lives in an apartment. Easy to store, (she keeps it on top of her fridge), easy to use. Small and compact. If you want to spend a little more and get something a little bigger and have it fold up too then do a search on "Son Of Hibachi".
